Biotek is ranked as one of the Best Companies to Work For in Portugal, in 2017, having achieved the honorable ranking equivalent to 20th in the national ranking.

Participation in this initiative, organized annually by Exame Magazine in partnership with EVERIS and AESE, has enabled a comprehensive diagnosis of the internal organizational climate based on an anonymous survey of the degree of satisfaction conducted among its employees.

Biotek is rated as one of the Healthiest Companies in Portugal.

The "Healthiest Companies" program is an initiative by IMS Health that aims to elect the healthiest companies operating in Portugal by assessing the health and well-being of their employees through a meticulous analysis of their biochemical and psychosocial parameters.

Biotek joined the list of Best Companies to Work For in the 2016 ranking, placed in the 40th overall position and 4th in the industrial and agricultural sector.

Exame Magazine prepares this ranking in collaboration with EVERIS and AESE.

Biotek was distinguished in 2016 as one of the Healthiest Companies, having received an honorable mention for its excellence in Leadership and Dedication. Additionally, the employee who achieved the best results among all participants was honored with the “Healthiest Employee Award” received by Ricardo Carrilho, an employee of Biotek.
